normal business hours are 10 am to 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday, or by appointment evenings and weekends. I absolutely will not accept calls after 9 pm. or before 6 am. Calling me at 2 am to talk about a cat who won't use a litter box DOES NOT count as an emergency either...:)
